Sentido MS Mahrousa

We had two doubles with one as single occupancy. The air conditioning is efficient and quiet and the vies from the (non opening) window was excellent. Again the decor is old fashioned but the shower was excellent and constantly hot.

Absolutely no problems, I am a picky eater (according to my other half) but I had no problem finding something that I enjoyed every day. There is a salad bar at every meal and a wide selection of puddings. They also serve 'tiffin' at 4. 00 daily and the cakes served at this event are wonderful, if fattening

Can't praise the staff enough. They were attentive without being pushy, they were cheeky without being annoying and the tour guides were charming and extremely informative

The Nubian night and the egyptian nights were hysterical. The other nights were left up to us but to be honest that seemed to suit everyone.

The opening announcement that you first wake up call was at 6am seemed like a recipe for a nightmare but it is actually the best time of day to do the temples. The guides were patient and very, very informative. The 3am wake up for Abu Simble was a shock but the excursion itself more than made up for it.

There are over 400 ships on the nile so the choice is yours. I have no hesitation in recommending this cruise. We were not bothered by mossies and no-one, repeat no-one had any tummy troubles. One of the best holidays I have ever been on!
